8 New Integration Updates (For Celigo)

If you haven’t heard of it before, Celigo is a worthy companion for any NetSuite user. It provides a platform where businesses can integrate their other essential platforms into their NetSuite ERP.
Doing so gives businesses a more customized experience with their NetSuite investment because they’re truly able to attain a full overview of their business all from one login. Some platforms Celigo is known to integrate for NetSuite include:

Another thing we love about Celigo is that, like NetSuite, Celigo is continually working on improving or optimizing its platform so that businesses can always receive the best experience when using it to operate their business or serve their customers.
This push for continual optimization to serve its customers is as clear as ever in Celigo’s recent announcement of its updates. In it, they shared features and enhancements they’ve made to NetSuite integrations for all the platforms listed above, plus a little more!

Amazon - NetSuite Update
Updates to your Amazon integration cover a more balanced way of managing your records as well as options to add to your custom mapping flows. The update report shares that you can now:
View brand-wise totals in Amazon settlement reports
Settlement flows group logic now allows the processing of non sequential records
New custom mapping fields in the Amazon Settlement Report to NetSuite Add flow let you filter out certain transaction types, such as COD and COD Fees, while generating settlement reports
Additionally, if you were having trouble uninstalling individual Amazon accounts in the integration app, that problem has been cleared up!

Shopify – NetSuite Update
Shopify’s integration has become a favorite amongst Celigo and NetSuite users, and it’s no wonder! The integration continues to push boundaries on the efficiency it’s been able to provide. See how what the update report shares that shows it’s continuing that trend:
This integration app is enhanced to sync variant meta fields for simple items
Shopify item and matrix items flows can now delete product and variant meta fields
You now have greater control over delta order exports with a lag offset that lets you exclude items created during the flow runtime.
Wondering what’s been fixed? The app is now able to “ignore secondary refund transactions from Shopify.”

Shopify – Shopify Markets edition
You can now sync price lists per market from NetSuite to Shopify
A new setting supports syncing the HS (Harmonized System) code and country of origin information
Added scopes support syncing price lists per market – they are automatically selected for new installations of all editions of the integration app

BigCommerce – NetSuite Update
The BigCommerce platform has always had a focus on helping your eCommerce grow, and now Celigo’s update is making sure your operations go even faster.
While this platform's metafields typically allow you to “store additional order information such as purchase order number and quote number,” this update now allows “Premium edition customers to sync the order meta fields, such as purchase order and quote numbers, during scheduled flows.”

Magento 2 – NetSuite Update
For eCommerce brands, Magneto 2 is another essential component of running their business. Thanks to Celigo’s update, however, serving their customers also just got more special!
While Magneto 2 always allowed customers to gift wrap their purchases prior to shipping, “the integration app tracked these gift wrap prices under variances but not as a separate line item. Now you can sync gift wrap shipped products as individual line items, the entire order, or both.”

Square – NetSuite Update
As a square user, have you ever wanted to sell items that are customizable or offer additional choices to your customers? Now you can!
Celigo’s latest update allows you to “sync product modifier prices coming from Square orders to NetSuite, as an adjustment to the item list price or as a new line item below the original line.”

Walmart – NetSuite Update
For businesses that get inventory from shopping behemoth Walmart, this update may put a big smile on your face!
A new add-on, Sync Walmart inbound shipments, is available for managing inbound and delivered Walmart shipments as item receipts in NetSuite
A Food and Beverage product category template has been added for the latest Walmart changes

For users who use the “Hire to Retire for ADP” feature through Celigo, an update was in this release as well!
“Flow branching has been added to the provisioning and de-provisioning flows to process applications in parallel and decrease the time to implement and test flows”
